I don't like the customer service. Just super unhelpful and misunderstanding. Wish I didn't spend $60 on straps that are cool. But honestly they are just overpriced bracelets.
Never received my order. After 2 months i asked what was going on... they said they lost track of my package and would send another one. 2 whole months later... still nothing. SCAM.

Purchased a couple of bands from these guys. After seeing the add on Facebook. Was given the reassurance that my money was protected etc. Paid through the shop app. They tell me they can’t help me and go back to the seller my bank PayPal etc. Meaning they have no purpose what’s so ever. Anyway back to the point. So paid for 8-10 days priority delivery 2 weeks on still waiting and have no idea where my items are as the tracking is utter rubbish. What I do know is my items are still in the USA. So how I will get it in 8-10days. Not likely. Contacted the company and told to wait another week. At this point it will be 3 weeks. Not impressed and my advice to all out there order months and months in advance.
I ordered two bracelets and a "surprise" bracelet---but only becasue I had a discount promo code coupon (or I would not have ordered the surprise bracelet. I was very happy with all three of the bracelets I received, even the surprise one! However, shipping was incredibly slow. It says 3-4 days on their website, it took about 10 days to get to me.
Will not order again. Told that the order was on it’s way...from where?! China?! I ordered these April 15th for Mother’s Day gift. Today is Mother’s Day. Gifted something else from a company that treats its customers right—save your money for a small business that is more transparent and cares.
I love these bracelets, but wore in the shower a few times, and they stretched some and got a little misshapen. I'd buy a ton if they were waterproof.
When you buy a Zox product, you aren't just purchasing an item, you are buying into a whole community full of positivity, kindness, hope, and support. When I bought my first Zox strap, I thought it would just be a quick little reminder to myself to keep going in moments of self-doubt, but I didn't realize I was opening myself up to a community that would help me do the same. This company not only allows you to uplift yourself, but also to uplift others as you can send these little hugs for your wrists to your family, friends, or anyone else that needs a touch of positivity in their life. Zox's messages are genuine. The people are genuine. The kindness and support are genuine. The smiles and laughter are genuine. I can't recommend this company and their products enough. Their ripple effect of positivity and kindness needs to continue to spread to the rest of the world.
I purchased my first wrist band last year. I've purchased a few ever since. The quality is top-notch and the customer service is five-stars. My only complaint is that I want to buy them all but can't afford them.
shipping issues are uncalled for, specially during a pandemic, they will def ship your item out, but its not like they are delivering them themselves, sometimes stuff happens, ive never had an issue they couldnt fix and the reps are pretty nice.
the actually items are nice, few issues here and there, but theyll fix it, at least for me they have. i wish they would explain the cut situation on the site, because they do show the perfect cut of the bracelet and it may not be what you end up getting, i wouldnt have an issue if this was explained on the page.
my main issue is with the community theyve create on facebook, what you read in these reviews here are true, they are like gestapo on facebook, you are not free to speak your mind UNLESS its praise, they should let everyone be free to express themselves about the good AND BAD. what are they trying to hide?
they ask their facebook group for reviews, and youll see them say good or bad, but they do it because they want to increase their score and they know full well their facebook users will only boost up and post good reviews because they remove any users on facebook that dont kiss their behinds.
i also have an issue with all the charity work they seem to support, water this, donations that, but theyve never actually showed any proof of what they are donating or doing. the entire time they are posting pictures and videos from mansions and expensive cars, lets seem some stuff on all the good they supposedly do.
Placed an order after discovering zox via an Instagram ad and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! Zox is a brilliant company and their customers are among some of the nicest people I’ve ever interacted with! The products are well made and designs are thoughtful. Even during the pandemic, shipping is still moving fairly quickly (considering the obstacles with limited staff). Truly love everything about zox!!
